"Loved this stay! Quaint looking on the outside, so modern and well designed inside. All the furniture and decor was awesome AND comfy! Only complaint is that it was hot as all heck inside / in the room…could’ve just been me!"

"This is a lovely style of hotel where it is a little bit different to the run of the mill. But there are just bits that are irritating. The window are seriously dirty. The hotel will no doubt be say it is because of a near by building site, but just factor in additional cleans. The main light in the room did not work I reported it to reception at 3.30 and it did not get fixed before I checked out. It doesn’t appear that you can call reception if you have a query. No phones in room and when I rang the number on the website it went to a central sales team. Maybe just print the number on the key card. I asked to book an early taxi to go to the airport as I was on a tight schedule and was just told to come to reception in the morning and ask then. Lucky the night porter was more obliging. The shower products have such tiny labels it is impossible to read them without glasses. As I say, all fix able, just irritating."
