「I’m truly glad that I stayed at this hotel which my English friend introduced to me. The staff at the front desk were very kind not to mention that they were very beautiful of course inside and out. The effort and kindness they put into satisfying the customers was outstanding! I’ve stayed at five star hotels but this hotel by far was the best. I can understand why this hotel has received awards-The hospitality and kindness they showed was superb. Thank you very much.

「Looks quite small room, but quite functional and clean. The location is just at the mid of the town. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Especially, rich supermarket selection was a plus for long stary like this time.」
「Receptionists and other employees were very friendly and attentive. The location was good and the access to museums and college was easy. It took just 15 minutes to visit Temple Bar on foot. They had a nice pub where they serve good foods. I enjoyed the English breakfast very much.」

"It was a terrible room with so much noise of people using facilities well up to 2am when I could finally get some sleep. I then got woken up by the noise at 6.30am. Worn out towels and a broken shower didn’t help either. "
