Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin

Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin

8/10 Good
"This hotel is perfectly located and the breakfast is amazing. The standard rooms are tiny but that is to be expected. The washroom was spacious. The only negative was that we were there during a heatwave in August and the air conditioning never got the room cool enough !! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

The Morgan Hotel

8/10 Good
"Location was excellent and staff was lovely! We liked our room and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are not sound proof so you can clearly hear everything from other rooms, the hallway and the streets surrounding the hotel. You will be disturbed constantly if you’re a light sleeper. The lights in the room were a bit of an annoyance as you had to keep the card in a main control box to have any lights on. You could not control the bathroom lights at all as they were always on when the card was in the control box. This meant at night if you wanted to use the bathroom there was no lights without your card. Also, our bathroom was not as nice/modern as advertised on the website and the bathtub was very high to get into the shower (my older mom could not manage to get in). As well, on the website the deluxe room was advertised as having a separate sitting area, which our room did not have. I also found that the carpet in the room could have been cleaner and the table surfaces were never whipped down by room service."

"My stay at Wellington hotel Temple bar was excellent!! The people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. If there were any problems, they dealt with them immediately. The pub food was excellent and the bartenders were great!! would definitely stay again. The only thing I would suggest is maybe face clothes in the washrooms. Thank you!! Maureen"

10/10 Excellent
"Restaurant offerings are delicious and affordable (compared to what you find elsewhere in Dublin); was able to walk to most desired sights on foot within 10-45 minutes. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. It was amazing to have a king sized bed, which is such a rarity when travelling in Europe/UK. Shower was relaxing and the toiletries available all smelled lovely. Loved the ability to control the lighting after a long day of exploring and going to a concert; it was very easy to wind down at the end of the day. I was able to easily work in the common area when duty called. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room or have free coffee available all day (not just before 11 AM). I didn’t have the breakfast but really enjoyed the vegan sloppy Joe nachos and pumpkin ravioli. There’s umbrellas for use (although I didn’t find it was necessary for myself). Would definitely stay here again."
