We also loved having the coffee shop in the lobby, it was great not having to leave the building in the morning to get a coffee and a snack. All the lighting and curtains are operated by touch screen which was fine for us but not so easy for my elderly MIL - who also struggled with the high bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
