The family room option was great for us and our older kids. The staff were very helpful at the front desk offer ring local advice and bus tips. Great location for exploring Dublin and getting buses. A little noisy with the seagulls and downtown location. Great breakfast and restaurant/pub in the hotel. Cillian at the front desk was a great help

This is an older classic hotel in the heart of the city. That also means there are a few issues with no AC and plumbing can be tricky at times. But it is beautiful, excellent breakfast, helpful staff and great location.

Location is wonderful. Staff are great. The hotel is comfortable but needs updating, especially the carpet in room. We asked for a quiet room and didn’t hear a sound throughout the night. We did leave our window open each night and had a fan in the room. Only one night of seven did we have to close the window due to outdoor noise. We didn’t mind the seagull sounds or the occasional siren. I would recommend … just know you’re not getting high end or fancy. But you won’t be spending much time in your room as there’s lots to see and do.
