La camera era carina, rispecchiava la descrizione. Però essendo al piano terra la nostra unica finestra dava sul giardino/area comune, impossibile tenerla aperta perché ti vedevano tutti essendo una zona di passaggio per tutti i blocchi degli edifici. Bagno carino, però senza finestra e ventola. Abbastanza pulito.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No amenities, not enough toilet paper or towels provided. Very small space. Extremely hot and dry at night and window opens over bed so you hit in it when getting up if you want to open it for some air. Way too expensive.

We had a terrible experience at this property. The room was uncomfortable, the bedding was just a top sheet over a bare mattress, there were stains that looked like blood on the walls, the one window wouldn’t open, so it was extremely stuffy. No window or vent in the bathroom so that was also awful. The shared areas of the kitchen and lounge were absolutely disgusting - overflowing with trash, smelly, flies everywhere, etc. there is nothing local nearby other than the train, which would make noise everytime it passed by. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights and left after one because it was so bad.

Stayed for August Bank Holiday with my boyfriend & went to the Robbie Williams gig at Crooke Park. This place was really lovely, we didn’t know what to expect after the reviews. Room was nice and clean , it is next to the tram so do keep this in mind if you struggle to sleep however didn’t bother us we hate sleeping when it is silent😂overall about a 30min walk into the city not to bad especially for the price difference from places in the city. Recommend if you want somewhere cheaper to stay

Leider gab es nicht wie von Expedia angepriesen einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was ich für meine Medikamente benötige. Außerdem lag durchgehend 7 Tage lang schmuziges Bettzeug und Handtücher im gemeinschaftlichen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das habe ich der Rezeption gemeldet, aber es wurde nichts unternommen.Tee und Kaffee wurde nur sehr sporadisch und zu wenig bereitgestellt. Es gab nicht genug Besteck und Tassen. Der Ofen war schmutzig verkrustet und rauchte und löste den Feueralarm aus. Die Betten sind sehr klein für 2. Mein Wunsch, ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde leider nicht berückichtigt. Es war laut ( Straßenbahn und nachts Menschen im Hof) und die Bauweise war sehr hellhörig Schön war die Dusche, die 24 Std. Rezeption und das moderne Mobiliar. Es ist direkt neben der Luas Station und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner, es hängt aber keine Info über Preise aus, man muss erst die App installieren, um die Info zu bekommen und das Gerät zu starten. Das Personal konnte keine Auskunft geben. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit wenig Anspruch. Ich fand es für den Preis ok. Nicht mehr...

Die Schmutzwäsche im.Wohn-Essbereich wurde 7 Tage lang trotz 3 Infos an die Rezeption nicht entfernt.

Sehr schönes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Ein paar mehr Haken wären schön gewesen

Sehr schmales Bett. Lüften nur mit Lärm möglich.

Highfield House was great for us to still be in the city but away from the hustle and bustle. It was clean, and the staff was friendly during check in and check out. We found some great cafes and restaurants nearby. A few things to note: There is no AC so the room ran hot throughout the day with little air movement even with the window open. We had been told laundry would be available, however, one of the two payment options for laundry was out of service, and we could not receive texts to do the other method. We found this out after confirming laundry would be available and easy to use, so it did inconvenience us. And lastly, it is next to a tram track. The noise didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper it may be something to consider.

If IKEA made a hotel, this would be it. The tiniest room I have ever stayed in. Small bes crowded up next to the window. It was so hot and there was no air circulation even the though the window was wide open. No privacy without closing the window because you couldn't pull the screen down because it was a hinged window, not a sliding one. No extra towels. Vending machines in lobby.
