「Beautiful layout. It is so well kept and main building still has old world charm. Inside and out seem like they have just been renovated. Very nice. Pool was great! furnishings excellent. Will definitely go back.」

「The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean. Great views of the Annisquam River. Nice location outside of town. The staff was fantastic. We love the marina vibe. We stayed in January when the restaurant is only open a couple of days a week - we'll hit that up next time. We dined nearby at The Causeway - great local spot, small and BYOB.」

「We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...
