「As you pull into the property there’s a beautiful fountain. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and offered dining suggestions.
The rooms are amall and microwaves aren’t provided. 」

「We had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I’m very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at when I’ve been to the Hampton Beach.」
「Checked out last night, room is good, it is small but great for couples! Bathroom is clean, only thing is the bathroom smell, guessing it's from the ocean sewage.
It didn't bother us when we closed the door! Definitely recommend getting a room spray though. Bed was rock solid. I do recommend bringing an extra pillow. But overall was good for us! 」
「Me and my boyfriend stayed here on the fourth of July weekend. I would very much recommend coming in from the southern side of Hampton beach (crossing from the bridge) that way it is a simple right hand turn. As traffic was bumper bumper from 9 am to 10 pm on the fourth of July.
Traffic advisory aside, this was a great place to stay.
The property manager Gary was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
Amazing sandy beaches a short walk away.
Many dining options also within walking...
"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and things got so bad that all the guests had to evacuate outside.
Fire engines even showed up and it all started to escalate.
But the hotel didn't even apologize.
And of course they didn't refund our money.
Shouldn't they change the price of the room?"
