「Excellent location, very comfortable beds..」

「Trying to reach the office by phone was frustrating the day before arriving. No one answered and no answering machine. No one was in the office when we arrived to check in. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. No ice machine available. Rooms were nice, comfortable. Bathroom vent could be cleaned. Overall, a good place to stay.」

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. 「Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. 」

「Pains me a bit to write a not so good review, the owners were actually very nice, but we encountered things that shouldn’t happen. When we got to our room, they were in the middle of replacing the blinds, and everything was on the beds, scrap, papers, wrapping etc. We had to go tell the lady. Then we noticed a dirty towel, as if someone had wiped his mouth after eating chocolate. Then I tried to take a shower, no water. Had to go down again ; they had forgotten to turn the water on ! 「The Hotel is clean and the Ocean Front Balcony King bed room was large and very nice. The staff are friendly and check in and out was efficient. Vallet staff were excellent. My wife and I really like The Ashworth by the Sea The only issue we had was their was no hot water in the shower So for the cost we paid for 1 night it was disappointing to not have hot water for a shower in the morning. We will be back again, bit will check the shower after arrival」

「I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. Ocean view was beautiful. Deck to sit on very nice. The walk was too far for my 5 year old to get to the busy strip with shops but parking was cheap and easy to...
