"Very clean, very attentive, hearty breakfast. Based on other travels, weak on amenities but if you ask for something they are accommodating. Beds were comfy, room was very clean just a no frills place, I guess for the price a good value right downtown Manchester."

"When you book a room, make sure to check if you are staying in the annex building because you have to cross to the other side of the road to get to the main building. If you use their pool, they don’t have a dressing room or shower room. They don’t have a water station or complimentary bottled water. If you want a nice picture of the mountain, go to the main building, not the annex building, because all you will see is the main building and the parked cars; however, you can still see the mountain. I only liked the location because it is very close to Flume Gorge."

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."
