"I first had the handicapped room but it was dark and depressing. The beds were practically on the floor and way too soft. There was no chair except a desk chair and seems like a very stark and dark room I moved to a standard room which is wonderful! Far more cozy. The handicapped rooms could be far better designed ! The front desk is staffed with terrific people including Lisa and Benjamin, who is really well trained in hotel management. "

"Great renovated room 50 feet from the ocean! Perfect for a 5 day stay with our dogs and appreciated the mini kitchen. Comfortable bed that was just the right amount of support and a variety of pillows. Loved that there was a coffee and taco truck right out front but it has seasonal hours. Great location within walking distance to everything York Beach has to offer!"

"We stay at this hotel each time we come back to visit family. Maryann at the front desk is the most AWESOME person and always remembers us. I can't say enough about her. All positive. Renovations are very nice and were past due. Parking on Saturday night was an issue with full hotel. Otherwise a great stay."
