「My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that. Kinda put a damper on our birthday trip and I most likely would have booked elsewhere had I been told from the...

「Checking in was a long process wait. The room was clean. At midnight the smoke detector battery went and kept me and my elderly mom up. The front desk man pulled it out of the ceiling. I went to put on the heat and it smelled of smoke, My mom and I decided it would not be safe for us to stay in the room without a working smoke detector. Outside my window was a pack of cigarettes and a plant. Anyone could of started a fire and without a working smoke detector could be very bad.」

Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a...
