"We realize that going to Hampton Beach is all about the beach. But a lot of the resorts are now getting old and we don't feel as if they are keeping everything up to snuff. The mattress and the bed are falling apart. a good nights sleep would be nice. Time to replace the old beds and mattresses."

"Great location, clear communication, and easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay here again! We were confised based on the listing if there was going to be bunk beds, but there ended up being 2 full beds and some sleeping pads/air mattresses for plenty of sleep options"

"Loved the area and short distance to the beach and boardwalk. Was disappointed with the no parking and having to spend a good amount of money extra on that. I wish other things were explained sooner than 2 days from leaving like needing our own linens and towels. Otherwise the kids and I really enjoyed our stay. We were able to have a friend stop by and stay the night and she really enjoyed it also. Thank you! Overall it was a great trip. "
