Elevator did not work. We are age 80 folks and had to carry luggage up and down stairs. No help or refund was offered.

My room was very clean however, the elevator was shut down for e of my 3 nights. I had a ton of luggage and had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs when I left. Very inconvenient. Orher than that, it was a great stay amd I will return. Tony Monfils

We stay here every year around September for the Seafood Festival at Hampton Beach. Staff is friendly, breakfast is provided, rooms are clean and its only less than 15 minutes to Hampton Beach. We will stsy here again next year.

I was disappointed with the hotel's service and cleanliness for children. I had paid for a room for three people and requested a crib, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. When I finally got the crib, the bed sheet was dirty with food crusted on it. The concierge gave me a non-fitted sheet instead of a new one, and he got upset when I declined to use the dirty sheet. Overall, I was not impressed.
