「広めの敷地内の真ん中に大きめのプールがあり、オープンエアーのレストランも心地良い。チェックイン時、日曜だったせいもあり、マネージャーが不在だったのだろうが、部屋に入るまでかなり待たされた。スタッフもよく言えばのんびり、悪く言えば動作が緩慢で、今一つだった。大きな国道に面しており、隣りにスーパーなどを含めた小規模なショッピングセンターがあって便利な反面、夜間に大きな音で騒ぐのが聞こえ、あまり快適な滞在ではなかった。」

「At first I was skeptical because you always hear mixed reviews about a RIU hotel, but turns out this hotel was great. Wonderful staff especially a big shout out to Denzel who was truly an amazing bartender, we went to him every night for our drinks when at the shows, he was very attentive & knew our order every time. Also had a favorite bartender by the pool Nathan who was great. The water park was a plus such a great time. I would definitely want to return when the sister hotel is back open as...

「It was clean, had several restaurants to choose from, friendly staff. This was an excellent choice. Oh the Breakfast was sooo goood. The drinks at the swim up bar. 」

「The staff and service was excellent. Very attentive and positive attitude and fun service. The activities process was confusing and were cancelled last minute, that was a little disappointing and can be improved. We had the all inclusive package and the food and drinks were good.」

「Everything about this resort is amazing, very attentive staff they will talk to us and we’re very attentive, we had all inclusive and this is by far the best all inclusive I have ever stay at, drinks were amazing and the food was so fresh and tasty, the bartender at the main bar were we use to eat make us a special drinks out last day to cheer, I will come back here next time for sure, also the beach behind is beyond beautiful. 」
