「Rooms were clean but small and basic. No amenities other then wifi. Breakfast was buffet style over the weekend but basic; scrambled eggs, rice and beans, sausage and french toast. Bottled water was 4.00 and there is nothing within walking distance. 100$ to and from airport and uber is illegal. Should have done more research on my trip before booking. Also, left birkenstocks under the bed on accident and maid sayd she doesn't see them. Not happy.」

「This property is a “Diamond in the rough”. The location is perfect. A half block from the main Beach (the moneys show up around 4-5 pm) and tons of shops, restaurants, bars and all things fun rentals. The staff were superb as was the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. There seems to be something entertaining going on every day or evening in the bar/restaurant area and the pool area was a perfect oasis. We have travel many times to the all inclusive beach...

「Was a bit disappointed with our stay here. I’d read that the rooms were a bit dated, but it was rundown in aspects as well. The window in our bathroom had a broken hinge, the towels were old and tattered, the faucet discoloured, but the worst part was the bugs in the room. There was an ant (?) infestation - they’d burrowed a few holes into the bathroom doorframe and they were coming in and out of them and we found them in various places around the room. There were other various bugs we found...

「Gorgeous setting, incredible sunsets, friendly staff. We loved looking out from our balcony or the infinity pools onto the bioreserve jungle below. We had an upper floor room (#9) right next to a tree that regularly had birds and howler monkeys coming through. Very peaceful. Spacious room. The food and drinks are at US resort-level prices, and there are no other places to eat within a 15-minute walk, so plan accordingly. The shuttle into town works well for daytime beach visits or lunch out, but...

「What stands out about this resort is the comfort of the rooms and the serving staff. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff are very attentive. These two main points offset the downsides to this resort. The plumbing is terrible. The toilet needed maintenance and, if not messed with every single time it’s used, it would continue to flush. We were lucky if the showers had any hot water, luke warm at BEST. 50% of the time there wasn’t enough pressure to properly shower and a couple times...
