「We had an amazing experience here-staff was great, rooms were clean and well appointed, housekeeping was excellent, food was excellent! We had a very smooth and first class experience at the W, can’t wait to plan another trip here.」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Es un hotel pequeño pero cómodo. Sugiero pedir habitaciones en el primer piso, pues las gradas son muy altas」

「Quiero contar la experiencia mía. Mi esposa y yo quedamos en la habitación #30 por una noche el diciembre de 2019. Aparentemente, la habitación estuvo limpia. Pero, durante la noche, nos han picado garrapatas como más de 30 puntos. Así que no les recomiendo este hotel. No sé si otra habitación no tiene este problema. También, extrañamos sobre la caja de seguridad. Se necesita ＄5 para usarla. Así que si quiere usarla, debe recordar este detalle. Además de esto, el lunes que nosotros quedamos no...
