「Unfortunately, the included shuttle wasn’t available for us because all shuttles early in the morning were full. We were offered a taxi at an exorbitant $30. There’s an easy solution run another shuttle! Or have a driver on standby for those that don’t fit in the shuttle. Or offer to pay for the taxi. These early flights run every day. Fix it. 」

「Rolando and Audrey (at the front desk) were amazing! They helped arrange our transportation from the airport (both ways) but also arranged a shuttle to see friends over an hour away. They also arranged our surf lesson with Luis and we had THE BEST TIME. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and had a “fire show” on the beach. We stayed in the Supreme room and the beds were great, it was super clean. We heard music from somewhere down the street until late, but it didn’t bother us. The...
