"The layout of the property was nice. The food, was ok, buffet could have used some different options day to day. The cook and serving staff were awesome. Unfortunately the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bar staff. Long waits for drinks because they were “busy” with the younger girls and they never stirred drinks after making them. Also were very stingy on the pours, I am used to free pours at an all inclusive and these staff were using jiggers to pour an ounce. Overall, the resort was what i was looking for. "

"Place was okay. Would not classify this place as a “resort “. There was absolutely nothing to do there but to use the pool. Restaurant was sub par, at best. "

"Location is good. Privacy is good as well. First floor needs some work. Rooftop experience needs work also. We've been staying in Taramindo for vacations for 7-8 years. Tried this location and we were kind of disappointed. Furniture on first floor was "ok" Needs a refresh. Master bed needs replacing. Couch dirty. Living area needs the same. Rooftop jacuzzi never heated up when we tried to use and the water was cloudy and dirty. We looked at each other and said "no thanks". . Had an issue with first floor 1/2 bath and fixed promptly by RPM. After we checked out we were told to voice any concerns to a "Kevin" at RPM before writing a review.. Wrote a constructive letter to him 2 weeks ago with no response. Not impressed. I'd look at other properties if we went back."

"Th space was beautiful, kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the two balconies and watched many sunsets from them. The pool was perfect. The property is located steps from a beautiful beach covered with volcanic rocks, which created tidal pools with lots of fish, crabs etc. The property is a very short walk from Langosta beach which is beautiful and much quieter and cleaner than tamarindo beach. We felt very safe in the condo which has locked gates. Although in general we found the community very safe. Will definitely be back!"

"I LOVED staying here and if I come back to Costa Rica, this would be where I would want to stay. Johnny at the front desk was absolutely magic. Any problem that we had, he had a solution for. We needed some sea sick medication but our tour got back late and everything was closed. I messaged him at the front desk using WhatsApp around 11PM and he went out and found us some! Another night, it was a night tour and by the time we got back, all the restaurants were closed. We asked him what we should do and he called in a pizza for us while we were on the tour, set the pizza on warmers for us, and then delivered it right to our room. He is excellent and definitely made the experience for us! We actually were upset to be leaving to another city in CR, and all of my friends joked about wanting to take Johnny with us. The beach access with the complimentary sunset drinks were amazing. They had chairs with umbrellas (thank goodness!) so we were able to sit while the sun was blazing. And then, the attendee there brought us cold towels. Amazing! The free breakfast was also amazing with the free option of a prepacked one if your tour leaves early. Honestly, it was some of the best food we’ve had in Tamarinda (a lot of the restaurants in town were a bust :( ) Overall, I absolutely would stay again. "

"Great location, next to Barcelo Resort, but unit is on opposite side, so no noise. Easy beach access to great surf spot. Incredible Italian restaurant across the street, ate 3 times there. Nice little market up the dirt road, has everything you need. Unit was clean, AC worked properly. Pool perfect. Nice touch with the bottle of wine, fresh bread, homemade garlic/herb pesto on our arrival. Management very responsive to minor issue with front door lock, 1/2 hour after call, guy was there to assist. 15 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would definitely stay again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 4th year renting this unit. It feels like our second home. You cannot beat the location or the views. The property management company were great to deal with and were very responsive to any issues that arose. i would recommend this property to anyone who asks."
