A couch would have been nice and our room was up a large set of stairs and had no personal out door space and the patio doors don’t open so it felt very restricted. The pool was great but there was not enough shade. The road the hotel is on is so rough to walk into town on that made it challenging at times. Location was good though and close the markets. 10 min walk to the beach. Sadly they do not provide beach towels. All in all we enjoyed our stay...

As a young couple traveling to Costa Rica from the US who wanted access to the beach and night life, this was the perfect spot for us. 「My wife booked this based solely on reviews and we were so glad we came across it. The hotel is a smaller boutique style hotel. Front desk was soo friendly. Smaller pool in the middle of the hotel which was nice after being on the beach. Direct beach access, they have someone watching your belongings the entire day so if you’re in the water or go for a walk you don’t have to worry about anyone going thru your stuff. 「It was our first time in Tamarindo and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This was a very central location in the middle of all the action. Beach is a couple minutes walk. Clean place great breakfast included and their cafe is was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a centralized place with loads of action. 」
