「I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Every single staff member from check-in to check out, to buffet dining, fine dining, various bartenders, pool people. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Best customer service I've seen in a long time. All of the food was delicious. The coffee shop amazing. 「Friendly staff, location, central bar and restaurant were excellent. The overall vibe was fun, laid back with everything you needed close by. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options and quality fresh food. The facility is getting a little dated but still being maintained and very clean.
