「The property was lovely and very well maintained. The decor is a bit dated but the staff were all so helpful and friendly. 」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「The property is large and about 50 minutes from the airport in the middle of nowhere. The food options are great!! Reservations are not required for the restaurants but you have to get there at least 15 minutes before they open if you want to get a table. The selection of food at the buffet and the different restaurant are excellent. The people and service are are also excellent. The only con to this property is the beach. It is not very clean and we witnessed one of the souvenir vendors deal...

「Loved the food, staff, pools and beaches. Only critique is this, the game room isn't up to your resorts standards. Get a decent pool table, a real ping pong table. A card table, a dart board and maybe some TV screens. 」

「The property was incredibly well-maintained. All staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A number of highlights, including the “Looking for Monkeys” tour and eco-adventure. Would highly recommend the complimentary activities, including smoothie making, cooking demonstration, kayaking, pickleball, and ebikes. 」

「There was a “jacuzzi” however it was just a tub and no jets and when we used the desk called and said we were flooding the area below us. Why have a Jacuzzi and not be able to use it? Why call a large tub a jacuzzi?」

「Wir würden sehr lieb begrüßt/betreut und unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider konnte uns das Hotel nicht ganz so überzeugen. Das Restaurant ist zu teuer mit zu wenig Auswahl, in der direkten Umgebung fußläufig ist wenig bis nichts geboten. Das Frühstück und Pools waren ok. Bonus ist der direkte Strandzugang und eine Affenfamilie, die am Hotelgelände wohnt.」

「Hôtel très agréable et personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Joli cadre grâce à la végétation et une piscine très agréable. Petit bémol sur l'état de propreté de la salle de bains qui pourrait être amélioré, le mobilier est vieillissant et la climatisation de la chambre très bruyante. Il faut marcher le long d'une route très fréquentée et sans trottoir pour les piétons pour se rendre sur les plages. 」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk down a paved road. AC in the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pool is small, but clean and sunny. 」

「The swimming pool is huge, can easily accommodate scores of people. Rooms basic, but entirely sufficient for overnight stay. If staying longer, one might like to have a small fridge in the room, especially as no lunch services in the facility. (The two of us had a portable cooler that proved sufficent for out purposes during our one-week stay). Breakfast, dinner entirely satisfactory, the latter served 7-8 PM only. -- Price-to-room ration favourable」

「We arrived early from our last stay and they accommodated us by giving us free range of the grounds until 1 of our 2 rooms was ready. In short, it would be a great place to stay for families with young kids or people who don't particularly like to leave resort grounds. Garishly painted and not near anything (Rincòn de la Vieja park entrance is over an hour away)」

「When we arrived there was a hiccup at airport / rental car. I was very concerned but called Thisbee. She calmed me, explained options, and was a trusted colleague. The owners went well above their “jobs” to assure our stay was perfect, and it was. 」

「Very nice place. Just in the middle of nowhere. Cabs to and from town have to deal with a steep, dirt, bumpy, rock-filled road (one night we almost couldn't find it). And because of its isolation, not even able to walk around outside the 10-room facility. But the room, pool, staff, and included breakfasts were exceptional.」
