"Nice clean room, well appointed, beautiful ocean view. Overall property fair cond. there are signs of deferred maintenance.. fogged windows, peeling paint, cracked/chipped concrete inside & out. I was looking closely because I am considering buying a unit. They were in the middle of renovating part of the lobby, which is good. "

"I checked into a handicapped room which I thought was ok in the beginning. We tried to take a nap before a show at 7:00 pm. About 10 minutes into our resting we started hearing a loud vibration in the wall. We went to the front desk and asked what was it and would it continue all night. She told us she was not sure. So we asked for another room. Of course there were no more assessable rooms. I need that type room because I am disabled. We took it that she didn’t care. She did offer a regular room. Since we had no choice we took it. We saw our show and returned back to the room. There was absolutely NO PARKING so we rode around for about 15 minutes looking for a place to park. There was a Restaurant next door so we took a chance and parked there even though the sign on the building said I could be towed. I put my handicapped placard in the window and hoped for the best! We went to the room and hit the bed. I could not bath because there was a bathtub and my stiff leg and balance would not allow me to get in the tub. So, I went to bed without a bath. ( I had to wait until I returned to Virginia to have one). Then we went to bed. About an hour and a half later someone kept banging on the wall continuously. This lasted for about an hour. It stopped and then someone over our head started dancing or walking very heavy across the floor. An hour went by and I guess they wore out because it stopped. Last there was blood splattered on the bathroom wall right above the receptacle. "

"Gorgeous beach view, clean and comfortable room. A little outdated, but that doesn’t detract from the stay at all. Only suggestion is to put shower curtain liners in - the bathroom in the king room had a mesh panel at the top of the curtain and the water went right through it and flooded the bathroom floor. We wound up turning the shower head towards to wall and showered facing the curtain to minimize the water on the floor. But overall we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!"

"Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The host has everything someone would need during a stay including cook/bakeware, cups, and utensils. We chose to use paper and plastic, but I would have no problem using the items provided. It is located close to the outlets and other shopping centers such as Walmart. It’s a short drive to Broadway on one side and lots of shopping and restaurants on the other side. The neighbors are so friendly and the area is quiet which is exactly what I was hoping for. And the view … SPECTACULAR! We even saw dolphins during the last three days of our stay. It was such a great stay and I would absolutely book with Brace again if given the opportunity. It was well worth it and felt like a home away from home. "

"My host amenities were excellent, but, the parking garage is a nightmare, I have a standard height pick up truck and there were multiple pick up trucks in the garage. What the resort does not tell you is that the parking garage is made with all different heights, so I scratched the roof of my new truck coming out of the parking garage… not happy about that at all"
