「This hotel was wonderful for me. Check-in and check-out are done on a touch panel, and if you have any questions, the staff will help you. The room was very clean. There are no amenities or a hair dryer, but I knew that in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. 「Stayed at the Z for a couple of nights on work business. Very friendly staff, room was modern and nice with a good layout. Really annoyed my stay. Very convenient location right on top of Leicester Square. Would highly recommend 」

「The hotel is small, and there are a few steps (two or three) at the entrance to the reception, which made it a bit difficult to bring up heavy luggage. However, breakfast was provided in the morning, and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave directions and were always helpful whenever I needed something. The location is excellent—very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. It wasn’t too noisy either, so overall it was a pleasant stay. 」
