"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. "We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. "There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money."
