We have been to London many times but this time we wanted to stay close to the center and enjoy the locals. Sheraton Grand’s location which is closer to Buckingham Palace and right on the main street gave us opportunity to explore the city while relaxing. The shopping area closer as well as we enjoyed the afternoon high tea close by too. Overall very good experience.

The location was great for us. Easy access to most things we wanted to do and just across from the Tube stop. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Shout out especially to Adelaide on reception. The room was a good size and clean. A couple of minor issues with the room not being available at check-in time and not being cleaned one day. The club lounge was ok but could be better. We'd stay here again.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand for two nights following a major disruption at Heathrow, and it turned out to be an excellent find and a very welcome respite after a lot of chaos! The hotel is the perfect size , large enough to have everything you need, but still with a very comfortable, homely feel. Everyone was excellent, from the gentleman looking after guests in the lounge to the fellow Kiwi from Wellington who checked me on reception! Everyone was particularly welcoming and helpful. They must’ve got bored of my green T-shirt & travel clothes, I had to completely assemble a whole new wardrobe due to a lost bag. The 2 cappuccinos and Poke Bowls I had were the best I had in London. Food is excellent. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and somewhere I would definitely choose to stay again when I’m next in London.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was absolutely wonderful, helping with everything from restaurant suggestions to luggage assistance and more. The location was great, just a few steps to St. James park and a short walk to Buckingham Palace. We would definitely stay here again.
