「the room is clean, and staff is nice. Roof view is great. However: 1. First of all, the first picture of this hotel has nothing to do with the hotel, it's false advertisement. 2. I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that.」

「The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even...
