「Great clean place to stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to RiNo and lots of things.」

「There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

「The parking lot had people sleeping in their cars. Forgot something in my car. Went back to get it and found someone trying to get into my car. Rooms were dirty. Sheets stained. Was right next to the elevator and people were going up and down constantly at 130a. Could smell weed. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Tub was stained. In the hall wall paper was coming down. Bugs crawling on the floor. Only stayed about 1 hr and left. Checked out and the person at the front desk was...

「The staff was very friendly! They were able to accommodate late night arrivals and early morning departures, including breakfast! Breakfast was very good! The Jacuzzi bath in the room was wonderful!」

「Clean and nice hotel. Just the parking sucks. You have to find parking on the street or pay over $50 for valet parking through the hotel.」

「I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee 」

「Stayed here while undergoing procedures at one of the medical facilities in the area. This house is so charming and comfortable. Jill was an excellent host and made everything easy- from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Loved the vintage feel and the modern renovations. The beds were so comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to the zoo, the gardens, and the museums. I can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again. 」
