「The check in staff were friendly and professional. Our room was large but needed updating. The mattress needed replacing and the sofa was very stained. The toilet didn’t flush very well and the shower pressure was weak. The curious kitchen staff were very efficient and friendly especially our waiter Cris from Italy. 「Lovely modern clean room with a very comfortable bed! The staff were great! Finn the bartender is a superstar! Location isn’t great for walking (plenty of Ubers available though) and it was a shame the bar didn’t stay open until the end of the 11pm World Cup kick-offs (at least they kept Scotland-Morocco on the big screen until final whistle, but not much fun without a beer!) The gym & pool look amazing but we didn’t get a chance to experience first hand. Very nearly 5-star! Location & bar...

「We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent.」

「レンタカーで、コッツウォルズ地方を旅行した時に利用しました。 ホテルの入り口はわかりずらいけど、道路から入るとすぐに木々のトンネル。 スピードを落としてゆっくりと車を進めると、2階建ての館が見えてきます。正面玄関前は広い芝生です。 「此処に泊まるんだ～。どんな部屋なんだろう。」わくわくドキドキしますね。 食事も部屋もスタッフも、すべてが最高でした。」
