「Easy to check-in, check-out. Great little cafe on the 1st floor. Roof top pool was fantastic and close to Rainy Street / River Walk. Property was clean, new appliances and furniture was comfortable. Just what we needed for a long weekend in Austin. 」

「Stayed here while visiting Austin. The place is a little further away from downtown but there is still a lot that is walking distance from it and an uber was cheap enough. Overall the place was very clean and we even got to use the pool while we were there. 」

「It was a Beautifully, furnished apartment overlooking The city of Austin. Overall very clean. The pool was fantastic. The workout room was adequately equipped. The location was ideal for walking to a convenience store and restaurants. The owner was easy to communicate with. 」

「We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every day. Our daughter’s family lives in Sky House (which is at the south end of Rainey Street) so it was a super quick walk back and forth. The workout room and pool are very nice. The view out either side is very peaceful, either downtown or the river. It’s very close to the walking path too. The ‘coffee available all day in the lobby’ is a coffee shop/bar; we’d mistakenly thought it was free like at Sky House. It’s nice there’s a couple coffee shops within...
