"I did not like any thing about this property I did not get room service. And when they did show up to my room I was accused of have damaged their property to which I was removed from the property by the Austin Texas police officer and the property was not damaged by any one and definitely not by me or my service animal I still had 7 more days that they need to refund back to me that I paid for. But did not get to stay until my reservation was not over yet and I was removed from on 04/20/2026 and should have stay until 04/28/2026 I paid until that day. But I was not allowed to stay until the end of my reservation was up so legally the owe me money back for theft of service. At the price of $41.00 a day times 7 days the owe me $ 287.00 and I believe they should pay me all moneys back for the treatment I went through my services animal and I had to sit in the rain for more than 8 hours until I could get someone to pick us up on that day I am a disabled senior citizen I have a seizure disorder and a heart condition and could have died on that day. I have every right to sue your company and their for the way my service animal and I were treated so poorly i will never recommend your organization or any company that you sponcer ever again."

"This is a fun property that just feels like Austin and the Hill Country…but tucked inside a multi-use development. This was the last leg of a long weekend trip we took to celebrate a milestone birthday while showing the Hill Country to guests visiting from Canada. "

"Property is under renovation. For the weekend we stayed, the elevator was out of service. Not a big issue for the second floor, but if you were hauling your luggage four flights, you may want to stay somewhere else. Breakfast was hot, eggs sausage waffles and continental. Facility was clean in the inside but needed attended on the outside with used liquor and beer bottles in the parking lot. Property is dog friendly but waste stations were out of bags, and dog owners took that as an opportunity to not pick up after their pets. Multiple ant mounds made walking in the grass unenjoyable. Room was adequate (TV desk and chair, chair and bed.). although constant damp feeling. Bathroom exhaust fan was not strong enough for a shower and ac unit was not adequate to remove moisture. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom was noticeable. "

"I can't rate this property as I didn't stay there. I had called that i will be checking in late but upon arrival i was told the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have any rooms available. They did transfer me to a sister hotel courtyard mariott although that process was not as smooth as i expected."
