「Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. 」

「The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female...
