ノース オースティンのアパート

「I recommend this for your next stay」

「Great location in The Domain. We enjoyed our stay.」

「The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female...

「It was a great stay for a couple days of training at UT. Please put the apartment number in the check in instructions 」

「The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable.」

「Excellent location in Hyde Park. Close to many wonderful places.」

「Perfect location for events at the Moody Center. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the venue, which allowed us to completely skip the post-show rideshare surge and expensive UT campus parking.」

「It was small and cozy. Although we never got extra towels after we asked. It had all the amenities that were posted. Host was responsive.」
