「I had a very concerning experience with this stay. Upon arrival, I used the access information provided, but when I entered the unit, it was already occupied by other people. This was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. To make matters worse, the hallway lights were out, which made the situation feel even more unsafe and sketchy. 「Our first room had two issues, the window shade was broken and the towel rack had fallen and was laying on the bathroom floor with debris when we checked in. We were told there was not another room to move to the next day but when they evaluated the situation they suddenly had a room to move us to. The new room was great and bigger as the pictures had originally advertised but there toilet made very loud whistling noises at all hours randomly (you had to jiggle the handle to get it stop).
