"Room was a bit small, but very clean and cozy, staff was incredible, couldn’t go into the bathhouse because of my tattoos, also your room is central controlled, if it’s remotely cold outside your room is hot and vice versa, I didn’t like that to much because I like the cold other than that hotel was amazing. We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"
