ニュー ブラウンフェルズのアパートスタイルホテル

「Clean, quiet, close to everything.」

「The units were accurately described and depicted in the listing and photos. Communication was great on the one occasion something was needed. There are great shops, wine, and food within walking distance. You feel like you've stepped into another time period out in the town, but with modern, clean, and comfortable accommodations inside. Stores for anything they dont have in town are 10-15 minutes away in San Antonio or nearby towns. The drive in from Austin was beautiful, though we went off on...

「Clean room」

「Beautiful property, clean and comfortable beds. Owner very responsive and timely. Very peaceful surroundings .we loved it ! Thank you」

「I loved having the country market for milk and snacks and restaurants across the street for a tasty dinner and incredible breakfasts. The rooms are lovely, and comfortable. And the cuatomer service above and beyond! From the small patio i could see the horses next door setting the scene to relax and feel at home in Texas. It couldn't have been more convenient for my workshop at The Makery. I loved my stay here. 」

「All communication was directed through apps that did not work. Telephone communication was machine answer and long waits with no resolution when a human was reached. There was no onsite assistance available. Yet I was charged a resort fee. There were maintenance issues and they never responded. A smoke alarm was going off continuously when we arrived. That was considered nonemergent. We were forced to climb on a rickety chair to remove it. I wonder what the fire Marshal in New Braunfels would...

「Clean, great location. Best value」

「Wonderful apartment that is very close to everything !」

「This property was spotless and well stocked for our first day. The only problem we had (after 12 hours of traveling) was the instructions arrived in 4 different emails and 1 text. It would have been much easier if the gave the directions with the gate code, followed by the instructions to access key with the code, and finally how to get into unit. The app was useless since you had to get a code every time you opened it.」
