「Charming, cozy and the best location! We loved the neighborhood. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is spacious and well appointed. The unit is stocked with more than everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed spending time spending time amongst all the plants and the glow Christmas tree! We didn't have any trouble finding parking despite some snowfall and being located so close to all the activity and action on Clark. There are so many dining, entertainment and shopping options...

「The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted.」

「Worst experience we have ever had with any rental across multiple platforms. Please ban these people from VRBO and any similar website.1) We arrived and followed the check in instructions exactly. However, the keys they provided did not work. We asked for assistance through the app and attempted to call multiple times. The owner was very slow to respond and not able to offer helpful solutions. Their only guess was that the door might have been jammed. Ultimately we were forced to book a hotel...
