"I stayed for a short time but the room was nice and clean. I had a cute view of the pool downstairs. The temperature was good in the room. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was kind. Upon arrival I was offered some rum punch. When I checked out one of the staff assisted me in getting a taxi. "

"This place is absolutely terrible. Very outdated and dirty. Hair all over the floor when we walked into the room for the first time. Only 2 power plugs in the entire room and only 1 worked. No tv stations on the tv. No one came to look at it when I called the front desk. Buffet is absolutely disgusting. Food has a strange taste to it. "

"Beach chairs are old, the ones with a shade were mostly broken. I got there @7:30 am every morning to pick good ones and save a spot. Wrote a note to housekeeper about a concern but no response. Water pressure to fill bottles were terrible. Bahamas has gotten so expensive, it’s almost ridiculous. The place is beautiful but it might be a while till we return. Been there 4 times now."

"Resort is very large- expansive pools, beach and waterpark which we loved. The food is CRAZY expensive- unnecessarily so. Employees simply not helpful- didnt want to give ice by the pool, no towels available until 9:30am by pool, no hello's or any greeting. For the premium prices being paid, you would expect better service. Everything is an upcharge including checking into the room an hour early."
