「The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

「We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

「Elvira’s condo is perfect for a trip to the Bahamas! It is very spacious, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are excellent. The private beach is awesome with virtually no other people, and the swimming there is awesome. Be sure to grab a bite at the Pink Octopus on-site restaurant. Location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Bahamar in one direction and grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks in the other direction. Felt very safe with 24-hour security that can help arrange taxis. All contact with property manager was quick and very helpful.」

「I can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were 6 college students and our host Carole was super helpful before & during our stay. She answered all questions we had, provided great recommendations (including airport transportation) and checked in on us during our stay. 「The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again.」

「It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. 」

「We could not have chosen a better spot for our weeks vacation to celebrate a big milestone. The pictures do not show how spacious the home is. We were very comfortable, love the large leather sofa and both bed were great to sleep on. We cooked twice and found everything we needed. The location is perfect with many mornings spent on the veranda, having our coffee and watching and listening to the waves. The most beautiful pictures were taking in the evening with our wine as we watch the sun go...

「We absolutely loved our stay with Maxine. She was attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. The area was busy and taxis were often available, but most of the attractions were at least a 20 to 30 minute walk. The area is also still apparently recovering from a 2019 hurricane and the pandemic, so it is a little unsightly. All things considered, this apartment was the perfect place to call home during our stay and made all the other struggles much more bearable. 」

「We will definitely be back at the Goldwyn resort it has anything you could have ever asked for and more. The property is beautiful, clean and cared for in every small detail. Food from the restaurants is good (pricy of course but take into consideration that. You’re on an island that imports everything). The only downside if you want to find one is that if you want to leave the property and get around the island can become expensive since you’ll have to call a taxi every time because it isn’t...
