It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.」

「Perfect distance and direction from Cooperstown Dreams Park. View from rental was beautiful. One caution rental is located right on main road, but has a great ice cream place about 100 yards away. 」

「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「Perfect accommodations for Oneonta, NY family visit. Location next to country club was perfect for golf lovers. So convenient and great place to relax afterward! Cottage was immaculate and well stocked to meet our needs. Shopping within a short 10 min. drive and close to Hartwick and SUNY.」

「My wife and I (from Rochester, NY) met my brother and his wife (from northern Massachusetts) at this lake house for an annual get together. The property is immaculate. Beautiful decor, amenities, location, etc. etc. The owners provided a wonderful digital guidebook about the house and area. Clear instructions about the property and region. Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. If you're a bougie suburbanite, you might want to consider a property with fewer turn-offs from route-28 and a more North/South orientation from Dreams Park. Overall, 4.5 out...

「Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. 「My husband and I stayed in this charming property for 3 nights. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. It is a short drive to downtown Cooperstown and we enjoyed the location spending late afternoons sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We highly recommend this property!」
