「Our family stayed here for our son's week in Cooperstown. The house and property were perfect. Ray was very responsive, allowed us to hook up a RV on the property and host a team dinner. The boys loved the game room and the yard space for wiffle ball. We are hoping to use this place again when we come in 2 years for our other son.」

「My family and I stayed while our son played at Dreams Park. Excellent location and perfect for 4 of us! The pool was great to keep my other kids entertained during down time. Multiple shared washers and dryers were a great perk! The open field was also great for my children to play volleyball and wiffle ball! Would definitely stay again!」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「This is a lovely rustic one-room cabin in a beautiful location. It is off-grid, with the solar lights and wi-fi working well, and Onalee was such a lovely host - responsive, good communicator, and she followed through in every way. My arrival was delayed until after dark, and she responded by leaving a lantern on the front porch to make sure I could find the lights inside easily. Shower in the outhouse was nice and hot, the towels were laundered and replaced daily, and there is great diner 3...
