"Beautiful hotel. There’s just no individual air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast was listed as 7:30-9:30 and they were completely out of food at 7:45 with no one around to restock it. There is also limited parking. It didn’t affect us but could potentially be an inconvenience for someone else. "

"This was my 3rd stay at 456 Embarcadero. The rooms are lovely, bay views from most. A little bit of a walk to shops but fine for most folks. Pets are allowed and there are many restaurants with outdoor seating, perfect if you have pets. There is a lovely park just next door which is also nice for the four-legged guests."

"Spacious rooms, clean rooms, nice addition with balconies for 2nd floor and small patios for 1st floor rooms. Parking gets full and is tight. Bath soap is not great. Bring your own. Coffee in room is pretty good. "

"Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us. "
