After we checked in & entered our room, there were a few minor issues (missing closet hangers, slow draining bathroom sink & heater pilot light off), but all were taken care of promptly with a smile. Our prior request for quiet upstairs room was honored. The cleaning staff made sure we had extra clean towels, tho, we had rehung ours daily to save water. The room was clean & well maintained. The room is not large, but comfortable & well furnished for simple basic needs. We are mostly out & about, using the room to sleep in at the end of our day. It is perfectly located within walking distance to Morro Bay's main shopping area, waterfront embarcadero/wharf & eateries. The only suggestion is to install a closet light. The motel is older & parking spaces are convenient, but tight for large cars/pickups. We would definitely stay again.

Front desk was friendly and welcomed me kindly. The room is very well kept and charming. Location is walkable to all things Morro Bay has to offer. Noise travels easily between the rooms, so be sure to grab complimentary ear plugs at the front desk.

Vicky at the front desk gave me a warm welcome after a long drive and that set the tone for the whole stay. The rooms are small but comfortable and there were no noisy guests.

This is not a fancy hotel. But if youā€™re looking for something easy and really close to all the action this is the place. It was clean, the staff was really friendly, I could see the Morro Rock from my window. I could also hear the lion seals barking when I woke up, kinda fun! Plus, thereā€™s a really good coffee shop right across the street named Scout. Great location, great staff, clean room. I will be coming back here

Fasted check in experience I've ever had. I gave my name and was handed my key, done in 10 seconds. Super easy. Room was in good shape and clean. The ceiling fan was great at keeping the room nice and cool. There was also a box fan available as well. Very short walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars. I'd gladly stay again to be so close to the Siren music venue. Lots of parking in the lot and around the hotel. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink was super slow to drain.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We appreciated the quietness despite the motel being in the downtown area. Restaurants and local businesses were in close proximity and easily accessible by foot. We would most likely stay here again because of the price and location.

We loved our stay here! Very clean rooms and easy parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose a partial view of Morro Rock and it was so magical. Very much worth the extra cost for the room. We will definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed a very clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Viki in reception was kind, helpful, friendly, and a delight to speak with. The location made it easy to walk to visit the bay front on the Embarcadero, to take in restaurants and shops, and to enjoy the sea life, and beaches near the rock. There were baby otters and an abundance of sea lions. Being also close to downtown encouraged a visit to the farmers market and lovely shops such as Made in Morro Bay and a great bakery with discounted goodies. This is a pleasant economical motel with good free parking.
