"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."
"The hotel is in Korea Town, My-Dinh, Hanoi. So, it is very convenient for Korean. The staff are very friendly and speak Korean well, the room is clean.. so there is no inconvenience."

"The hotel was amazing. Check in was very smooth and the breakfast was great. They even helped me book a taxi back to the airport. Hotel receptionist Giang was very helpful. "

Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "
