"we had a great time staying here! The front desk is very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the mornings. I recommend some of the day tour options as we were able to see Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh in addition to Hanoi!"

"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "

Our room was clean, fresh and lovely. It was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hotel du Lac and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. "

"This is a big, modern high rise, that is oriented towards a long stay business clientele, but also offers nightly rates. There is a rooftop pool which is very nice with a panoramic view of the city. The gym is also ok, but could use a better selection of equipment. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable."

The staff were welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The whole hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made the stay very relaxing. I also liked how convenient the location was for getting around. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. "
