This hotel is located in a busy area of the Old Town as it is near the Nha Tho Lon. However, the shining star of this hotel has been the staff. They went out of their ways to be helpful. Biggest thanks to James and Roy as they have been exceptionally helpful.
I enjoyed my stay here and will recommend others to do the same.

Really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with exceptional aircon! Location was perfect - a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.
