「The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't have visitors in my room, but with all the issues going on in Sinaloa ,Mexico I understand the tight security. Other than that it was a memorable stay. The rooms were very clean and modern and the food at the restaurant was exquisite. Thank you for a memorable stay. 」

「En general es uno de los hoteles mejores de Acapulco. Cuenta con habitaciones limpias y cómodas y amplias. El restaurante con vista al mar en frente y me gustó el desayuno. Recomiendo las habitaciones mirando al este. De allá se puede mirar la playas y mar solamente. Las habitaciones oeste, es un poco ruidoso con el tráfico y las discotecas y bares durante la noche. 」

「The property is very good, room space big enough, however when I check in there’s a front staff who’s name is Amor, served with bad attitude, I told her there’s a bag missing from our luggage, she say” your room is not ready you don’t need your luggage”, I know but I al looking for my luggage, she ask” do you need your luggage now?” I said no I don’t need the luggage now but I am telling you that I am missing 1 bag, she said because you don’t need your luggage now? 「値段は少し高いですが、ビーチ側がおすすめです。徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、便利ですが、冷蔵庫がついていませんので、買い過ぎには気をつけて。ジムがあり、便利です。10時半ごろ、いろいろなイベントがあり、ズンバなど無料で体験できます。少し遠出をしたいなら、緑の乗り合いバス（＄１５くらい）が安いですが、スペイン語のみです。とにかく徒歩圏内に沢山おみやげや、レストラン、レンタルバイク、コンビニがあります。このエリアをでなければ、夜中までとても安全です。」
