「Good enough for what I needed. Very close. . . . as Houston goes. . . .for where I needed to be. But it was loud and the locals are restless . . . .these are the times we live in I suppose. Getting in the Main gate was noy ideal. No code issues but you have to hang in the traffic lane to get the gate code entered for admittance. That being said. . . . . was VERY happy to have gated parking」

「Property was excellent and host was very responsive.」

「This place was really cozy I was visiting Houston for a bit and I did used to live there I will say this spot is in the center of basically everything a tourist would want to do here. The building this place is located at has so many amenities as well I was surprised. I will say tho if you rent a car or have one there parking is a little iffy but nonetheless not hard to find some.」

「Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again.」

「Great apt. Perfect location for getting around downtown medical center area. Covered parking was nice. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Cute furnishings. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.」

「Perfect place for 3 traveling together. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication.」

「Awesome」

「This is a super quaint and charming apartment. A little old, but decorated appropriately for its age. Loved the classic appliances. Made me feel like I was back at my grandmas in New Orleans. Ideal for a couple or single escape. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The host was always very responsive to all our questions.Very safe neighborhood that is being upgraded to be even better. We walked around quite a lot.Awesome location. Walking distance to grocery store,...

「If you are attending an event at NRG this is the place to stay (12 minute walk)! Ugo was exceptionally responsive! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was huge, and I utilized the full kitchen which saved time and money on meals! I felt like a few extra blankets would have been helpful, and there were no trash bags to replace the one we used, but those were super minor things compared to the quality we got for a very fair price.」

「The property was very clean and functional. If you like walking it a little far from things.」

「I was looking for a place close to the medical center, and this was perfect. Parking was great! Each room has its own bathroom. The apartment was also very clean. Would stay here again, if I needed to go back!」
