「Reasonable」

「The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.」

「Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. 」
