Room itself was clean some dishes were dirty but they supplied dish soap and dish washing powder so it was an easy fix. Towels were switched out regularly along with trash taken out regularly. Hallways were clean. Sometimes a faint odor of smoke in the halls but otherwise not a bad place. Staff were helpful whenever the key cards stopped working. View from specific room was mediocre at best was mostly the roof of the pool area.

Hotel hidden behind Famous Dave’s Restaurant, can’t see from road. Room was clean and generous in size. Notified Staff of late check-in and were accommodating, friendly staff. Reasonable rates and met my needs for an overnight stay. Thank you!

dirty halls and staircase, old concrete walls building looks like a prison on the inside, water marks in ceiling, rusty metal areas in bathroom, bathroom door broken and coming apart, wrinkly carpet, marijuana smell everywhere in every hallway - I had to hold my breath to walk outside, saw roach in room - packed up bags and left in car so we did not take home any bugs with us, man desk attendant when arrived at 3 was very rude, breakfast seemed like it was leftovers from previous days, yelling, people partying. Will not recommend and will not stay there again

Only gave it as many stars as I did because the customer service was great. I would never stay here again. It’s extremely run down, the mattress had blood stains all over it. The floor appeared to have blood stains as well. The air conditioner made a loud obnoxious noise. The pool wasn’t open either.

The main reason we booked this stay was because the pool looked pretty good. When we checked in, we found out that the pool had been closed for quite a while and would remain closed because they don't have any maintenance staff to care for it. That was so disappointing. Why not disclose that information on the website? The bathroom door only opened 1/2 way because it hit the floor and couldn't move any further. The food at Famous Daves (attached to the building) was not very good. My daughters chicken strips were burnt. We asked for new strips, and the 2nd batch tasted bad, like the grease was rancid. I supposed for the price, it wasn't the worst stay ever, but still pretty disappointing.

Checked in to 2 rooms, one room the lock was not working properly. Tried to tell the front desk and they just gave us different key cards. Tried to tell them it was the lock itself but they just were not getting it! Finally after 3 tries they gave a different room. That room the TV wasn't working. Tried to call the front desk. No answer. Walk down there and the guy has ear buds in watching something on his phone. Tell him about the TV he tells me to just reset the box, Tried to tell him that was not the issue but he wouldn't listen. And he said the phone wasn't working at the front desk 🙄 I gave up for the night. Next morning tell the new guy at the desk about the TV he says he will fix it, the coffee machine also is not working! After being gone for about 5 hrs get back neither rooms key cards will work and the TV is still not working. Have to go down to desk again for new key cards and ask why TV not fixed. New guy again and he was never told about TV!!!! Coffee machine working. Finally this guy fixes TV. Pools are closed for "maintenance" key cards won't work to get in there for ice machine. We were on second floor and that ice machine was not working! Stayed for 3 nights and constantly had to get key cards reprogrammed. Have stayed there a few times prior, always had some sort of issue with something but this last time will be the last. Never again ever!!!! Never offered a refund or even a partial refund.

The property needs renovation. Carpet is soiled . The hot tub was not functional. The first room that was issued was already occupied, the second room had water in the carpet, the third room was acceptable. The continental breakfast was very good.
