"I like the convenience to all the Mayo Facility. It’s the best. I was standing at desk to ask a question, Two gentlemen did not acknowledge me standing right in front of them, I had to wait over 5 mins till their personal conversation was over. What I did not like is one of my pillow case had blood on it. I did not like the room service, what came to my room was not what I ordered. Menus in rooms had not been updated. Be very careful to look at receipt for the room service. There is already a 20% tip included on check. The delivery server did not say anything. Already had a 6.00+ dollars included, not knowing, I gave her 10.00 tip cash. Way over tipped for 1 meal. Not honest and transparent. So aside from convenience it’s definitely over rated."
