"Have stayed here multiple times in the past. This time started off ok. The breakfast needed more help the one person working was doing his best but was manning the desk and doing breakfast. True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. We were here for a graduation along with probably all the other guests. Was not able to shower for the event. Was told a refund would come to guests. Expedia reached out to hotel on our behalf and the hotel said no to any sort of refund. Very disappointing."
