I loved this hotel. The staff was so kind and attentive. The free 24 hour shuttle was driven by the sweetest soul who genuinely cared and made me feel comfortable with being picked up and dropped off exactly where I needed to be. The complementary breakfast was tasty with a variety of treats, including biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets and warm cinnamon rolls. There's laundry on site, which helped since I stayed a whole week. The bed was heavenly comfortable and the hotel felt safe and well cared for. Huge room for a bargain price. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay every time I end up back in Minneapolis. Thank you so so much!!

The gentlemen that checked us in was not happy to be at work and said very little except the necessary words like”ID” and”credit card”. After we were done checking in the last thing he said was “elevator is on the left.” Not our room number or any other instructions. Got to our room and noticed I was charged about $100 more than what I should have been, called the front desk and asked about it. Again, the “delightful” receptionist informed me it was a deposit, useful information to have said when you were charging it! The last straw was laying in bed and watching an ant crawl across the sheets. After being greeted so terribly, we already didn’t want to stay there and wished we could book somewhere else but then with the ant, I WILL NEVER stay there again.

Normally when we stay our rooms are super clean but this time our bedding wasn’t clean, the toilet paper wasn’t refilled so we had to ask for more, there was a few spots that weren’t clean. Example the nightstand and the bathroom floor. Other than that the staff were super friendly and my family loved the breakfast

Front desk staff wasn't as good as the previous visits, but not bad. It seemed like maybe there were new staff. Shuttle driver CJ was fantastic. Breakfast very good, loved the brewed coffee and fresh fruits. Also biscuits and gravy. Room was comfy and clean, nice new chaise lounge, Shuttle on time for airport.

This is the second time we have stayed here prior to an early morning flight out of MSP. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, and it's fairly modern, the staff is never really friendly. Check-in always takes longer than it should, and paying for parking seems a bit excessive when you're already paying to stay there. Not to mention, they could offer a discount to people who have early checkouts. We left at 2am, how is it fair to charge us the same rate for parking for being there less than 6hrs?
